When United Healthcare workers were on the frontline during the global pandemic of 2020, the leadership of Optum Serve called on MPath PR to build strategic messaging and a strong user experience to encourage healthcare workers focused on their own mental health as they worked tirelessly to save others.
MPath conducted focus groups, interviews, and extensive testing to develop messaging that recognized the constraints of health care workers and didn’t add to their obligations. Acting as the bridge between leadership and staff, MPath PR was able to ensure workers felt heard and truly supported by mental health initiatives that went beyond checking a box and truly built a support safety net for those who needed it most.
MPath continues to work in healthcare fields, building brand strategy and communications plans for healthcare organizations ranging from senior living to medical nonprofits and therapeutic practitioners, weaving messaging strategy thoughtfully through mind, body and spiritual caregiving.
